My one-night stay took a turn for the worse. The room was dated and severely lacked cleanliness with dirty sheets and a bathroom covered in mold. It felt unsafe outside, and I spotted bugs crawling about. Definitely not what I expected based on past experiences with this chain.

Ask for a room away from resident areas for a quieter stay and better atmosphere.

Had a decent stay with a cozy double room and enjoyed lounging by the outdoor pool. The complimentary breakfast options were simple but enough to get the day started. The only downside was a bit of wear on the furniture, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

Overall, a rundown property that feels neglected, not quite up to par with La Quinta's usual standards.

Tallahassee's culinary scene is a winner! Crystal River Seafood served up some of the freshest dishes—I almost danced with joy! The breakfast spread had decent offerings to fuel my day, though I could've used a splash of milk for the cereal. it's like having a fish without the swim! Plus, my room was clean and comfy, making it cozy.

The vibe around the hotel was a bit sketchy with the unkempt surroundings. Also, the breakfast area could've used a good scrub—cereal but no milk? What am I, a squirrel? Still, I managed to find some tasty bites nearby to tide me over.

Target audience should avoid

I had a moment when I found a corner in the lounge where the light hit just right, it made the whole dreary experience a bit bearable. The only saving grace was when one of the staff actually tried to help fix the broken ADA shower head, but unfortunately we found more problems than fixes.
